The Batman Begins actress, who shares her 17-year-old daughter Suri with her ex-husband Tom Cruise, plumped for a matchy-matchy ensemble.

Tucking her sky blue T-Shirt into a pair of jeans, she accessorized with a straw handbag and warded off the August rays with a pair of cat-eye shades.

Gathering her luxurious dark hair back into a long ponytail, the Dawson's Creek alum rounded off the look with a pair of wedges. 

Her latest sighting comes after her name was dragged back into the headlines by way of her 2006 Scientologist wedding to Tom.

King Of Queens star Leah Remini, an ex-Scientologist who has since become an outspoken critic of the organization, has sued the Church's leader David Miscavige for 'harassment and intimidation.'

She accuses him of having 'ruined her life' after she raised questions about why David's wife Michelle 'Shelly' Miscavige was absent from Tom and Katie's wedding.

Leah, who was a Scientologist for over three decades, claims the Church waged a 'campaign to destroy' her after the nuptials.

Her suit alleges that after being questioned at the wedding, Leah was 'held' at Scientology's spiritual HQ and 'put through a process that cost her hundreds of thousands of dollars and nearly led her to have a psychotic breakdown.' 

The Church of Scientology told DailyMail.com that Leah's allegations were 'ludicrous' and 'pure lunacy.'

Shelly has not been glimpsed in public since her father's funeral, which took place in 2007, the year after Tom and Katie tied the knot.

After Leah filed a missing persons report in 2013, LAPD went in search of Shelly and then closed their investigation, announcing that they had met with her.

'The LAPD has classified the report as unfounded, indicating that Shelly is not missing,' Detective Gus Villanueva told E! News. 

Journalist Yashar Ali reported years later that the LAPD neglected to properly verify the identity of the woman they met who claimed to be Shelly.

On the strength of 11 sources who declined to be named out of fear, the Yashar Ali report asserted that the fingerprints provided by the woman were so faint that the authorities were unable to establish a positive match to Shelly's records.

Furthermore, the security footage of the coffee shop where the meetup took place was allegedly all mysteriously scrambled, according to the report.

After the story went public, the Church Of Scientology retorted: 'The Los Angeles Police Department has already stated that the case is closed and that the report filed by Leah Remini was unfounded.'

Multiple ex-Scientologists have filed suit against David, but he has now also apparently vanished, rendering him unable to be served with paperwork.

Katie filed in 2012 for a divorce that was finalized only 10 days later with Suri's mother retaining primary custody, though Tom could visit, according to People.
